You, the End-User grant sexy.africa a non-exclusive licence to utilize all User Generated Content belonging to the end-user generating such content on this website.

All legal matters with an international aspect will be handled in accordance with Danish law.
You, the End-User waive all liability that, in any matter before a court of law, may be proposed to accrue to the administrator(s) or management of sexy.africa, concerning any interactions that may occur on this website.

☹ Non-refund following a service-provider's cancellation of a pre-paid appointment;
☹ No-show clients;
☹ Unavailable service-providers;
☹ Providing a bad experience.
sexy.africa reserves the right to outright remove or limit feature access to any End-User account.
End-User accounts that have been inactive for a period of one year or more are subject to deletion.
sexy.africa exclusively reserves all intellectual property rights native to this website, its content, functionality, design and accessibility.
You, the End-User agree to indemnify sexy.africa for any pecuniary damages that may accrue due any liability purported to arise as a result of the use of this website by the respective End-User with locus standi.
These terms and conditions may be updated occassionally based on prevailing operating conditions.
